Fed Plan Seeks To Reduce Foreclosures

In an effort to stem the biggest housing crisis since the 1930s, mortgage giants Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Tuesday announced plans to modify mortgages for homeowners in need. CNBC's Trish Regan reports.
